• Indusind Bank has become the 1st bank to go live as a "Financial Information Provider" under the new "Account Aggregator Framework" of Reserve Bank of India.

• The GST revenue collected in October 2020 is rs.1,05,155 cr.
• "ICICI Bank Mine" - India's 1st banking programme for the millennial customers.
• "Employee Assistance Program" -

• to help its employees to deal with their personal problems and professional issues through psychological counselling

• The merger of HDFC ERGO Health Insurance which was earlier known as Apollo MunichHealth Insurance, with HDFC ERGO General Insurance, has been completed with approval from IRDAI.
• LIC of India has launched "ANANDA (Atmanirbhar Agents New business Digital Applications)" a digital app for agents for onboarding to get a life insurance policy.
• RBI has banned Manta Urban Cooperative Bank in Jalna district of Maharashtra for six months for money and loan transcations.
• India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) tied up with PNB Metlife India Insurance to extend Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY).
